Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DeepTechWorks LLC (“DeepTechWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company behind Industrial App, handles information in connection with this website (industrial.app) and our early-access waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request early access, we collect your first name, last name, and email address, and—if you choose to provide it—your cell phone number.

Information collected automatically. To protect the waitlist from abuse, we record a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address (combined with a secret value, so the raw address is never stored or recoverable from our records) and the browser user-agent string of your request. Our hosting provider also maintains standard server logs.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this Policy first.

How we use information

• To contact you about early access and product updates you signed up to receive.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, and to enforce request rate limits.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site—such as cloud hosting, database, and email-delivery providers—who process it on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Hashed IP records used for rate limiting are short-lived.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), IP hashing, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing legal@industrial.app. Depending on where you live (for example, Texas and other U.S. state privacy laws), you may have additional rights; we honor applicable requests.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

International users

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you consent to that processing.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
